Phenom People is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Integration Engineer II to join our Implementation team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Product Integration Engineer II, you will be responsible for integrating our cutting-edge talent experience platform with our clients\' existing systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients to understand their integration requirements and design solutions that meet their needs

- Develop and maintain integration processes using tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to integrations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and customer success to ensure successful implementation and integration of our platform

- Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies and APIs to continuously improve our integration processes

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code is delivered

- Document integration processes and provide training to clients and internal teams as needed

- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline integration processes and increase efficiency

- Keep track of project timelines and deliverables, and communicate any delays or roadblocks to the project manager

- Act as a subject matter expert on integration processes and provide guidance to junior team members

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product integration or software development

- Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica

Work Experience

What You\xe2\x80\x99ve Done:

• Experience in implementing integrations using SOAP and REST Web Services .
• Design and develop custom and complex third party integrations using internal tool.
• Good to have experience in any ETL based data integration tools.
• Provide problem-solving support for complex integration development related issues.
• Experience in message models, XML, JSON, XSLT .
• Experience in designing and applying integration patterns to solve various business problems .
• Collaborate with integration teams span across geographical locations.
• Experience in implementing security aspects leveraging OAuth, Mutual SSL etc.
• Provide ongoing support on all production interfaces (off-hours on-call problem resolution) as required.
