Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our growing team. As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives from ideation to delivery, ensuring the highest level of user satisfaction and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage product development cycles effectively.
• Lead and conduct both quantitative and qualitative user research to gain insights into user needs and preferences.
• Take ownership of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to ensure product quality and functionality.
• Demonstrate a moderate understanding of UX principles to contribute to product design and usability.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, and Figma to facilitate product management and design tasks.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
• Excel in documentation and presentation of product requirements, including Product Requirement Documents (PRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Apply deep understanding of prioritization frameworks to effectively manage product backlogs and roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Previous experience working with B2C consumables companies or start-ups is a plus.
• Technical background (Engineering, BCA, MCA) is advantageous.
• Should be able to manage the team of 3 to 4 people
• Experience of using analytical tools like Clever Tap, Google Analytics 4 and SQL
