THE ROLE

Product Governance sets, oversees, and monitors adherence to the framework that ensures investment supports business objectives while providing on-going support to confirm objective, transparent measurement of selected and defined activities.





OPPORTUNITIES Client Portfolio Governance

• You will Monitor all client projects from sales cycle right through to client go-live.
• You will ensure that the client project processes are adhered and for any deviations the reasons are clearly captured in the corporate tool.
• You will conduct regular portfolio review meetings with the Project Managers, Regional Delivery Heads, Regional Service Heads to clearly articulate the RAG application with the factors contributing to cause of change in cost, time, and quality and can apply Governance RAG for the projects based on these reviews.
• You will ensure data quality for the client projects in the corporate tool.

Strategic Portfolio Governance



• You will monitor the progress of all Strategic Internal initiatives (internal projects) where Product Management have committed to deliver products or functionality to the market.
• You will ensure that the strategic project processes (e.g., budget approval process) are adhered and for any deviations the reasons are clearly captured in the corporate tool.
• You will conduct regular portfolio review meetings with the Delivery Managers, Product Managers, Product Directors to clearly articulate the RAG application with the factors contributing to cause of change in cost, time and quality. And can apply Governance RAG for the projects based on these reviews.
• You will conduct regular Roadmap review and publish the status of key commitments from Product to Sales. Clearly articulate the reasons for slippage, the RAG for all key commitments.
• You will conduct regular budget approval reviews to govern the budget usage and report on the overruns for the Delivery Manager to request for additional budget.
• You will provide global view to the Senior Management on the Project Portfolio health.

Go To Market Governance



• You will monitor all GTM plans to ensure that transparency is maintained regarding the status of our ability to market, sell and implement new Products.
• You will conduct review meetings with Pre-sales, Services, Marketing, Support, Legal teams to track and monitor the progress of their activities.
• You will conduct review meetings with the GTM Plan Managers to understand if any Strategic Projects requires a GTM activity and also to track the Product Readiness (Demo capability, Integration, Security, Performance/Benchmark Testing)

You will clearly articulate the RAG application with the factors contributing to the cause of change in time.

SKILLS

• You should have experience in a software environment.
• You should have advanced proficiency with MS Office suite - Excel, PPT, Word, Visio
• You Should have strong time management and team working skills.
• You should have experience in remote management of stakeholders.
• You should have extensive exposure working within a Shared Service Centre environment.
• You should have familiarity with SDLC process.
• You should have exceptional communication skills in English both written and verbal.

You should have project Management certification (Prince, PMP, Agile) - desirable not mandatory.
