The incumbent will have to work as partof a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team andexternal stakeholders.Job Responsibilities:Sales & collection\xe2\x97\x8f Achieving sales targets & collection targets.\xe2\x97\x8f Keep a close watch on outstanding and implement strict credit policy within 30 days time.Market relations\xe2\x97\x8f Building up good distribution network and ensure team work\xe2\x97\x8f Providing market infrastructure and being in regular touch with the market/customer.\xe2\x97\x8f Distributor appointment and their staff training\xe2\x97\x8f SWOT analysis of Market and distributor.\xe2\x97\x8f Updating product knowledge and constant learning.\xe2\x97\x8f Motivating the distributor/sales men for better market coverage.\xe2\x97\x8f Regular reviews with distributor/sales men for achieving the desired goals.\xe2\x97\x8f Building up a good distribution network.\xe2\x97\x8f Good communication with retailers/customers.\xe2\x97\x8f Complete the daily call report immediately after market work on the same day.\xe2\x97\x8f Merchandising and a close watch on redistribution.\xe2\x97\x8f Be presentable and always wear a uniform and carry an ID card.\xe2\x97\x8f Carry samples of products and required brochures.Sales promotion\xe2\x97\x8f Utilization of sufficient POP material, brochures, posters etc. and display of the same in themarket.\xe2\x97\x8f Helping the distributor in liquidation of stocks and implementation of company Tradeschemes, participation in exhibitions / product promotions / customer awarenessprogrammes.\xe2\x97\x8f Plan for budgets and schemes for sales promotion and ensure maximum returns.\xe2\x97\x8f Inventory management of the distributor & settlement of distributor claims.\xe2\x97\x8f Visit of farmer and his fields for exploring and promotion of Bio-products.\xe2\x97\x8f Regular visits to hospitals, industries, panchayats/municipal corp. for promotion ofIndustrial products.\xe2\x97\x8f Collect the order from Dealer/ Distributor / Institution on their letterhead/ Order formatwith clear payment terms.Key role\xe2\x97\x8f Close monitoring of his distributor indents and execution.\xe2\x97\x8f Identify & explore new market segments and development of new areas.\xe2\x97\x8f Constant touch with key and institutional customers.\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain Good relations with Govt. departments\xe2\x97\x8f Attend the customer complaints and help them in solving their problem.\xe2\x97\x8f Constantly on the lookout for newer business opportunities\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure all trade schemes are all operated properly by Distributor.Focus areas\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure profitability on each case to case\xe2\x97\x8f Reduce damaged stocks and market returns.\xe2\x97\x8f Analysis of competitor activities /Market information and send the report to the company.\xe2\x97\x8f Minimise the outstanding and fast recovery of amounts from markets\xe2\x97\x8f Positive attitude/honest/punctual and well disciplined.Admin related responsibilities\xe2\x97\x8f Comply all govt.
