About the roleAs the Product Expert\xe2\x80\x93 Logistics and Warehouse Management ERP, you will be accountable for managing the product backlog, defining features, and prioritizing by Business value, defining the product vision, designing, and delivering the roadmap that will increase efficiency and effectiveness of the business Logistics and Warehousing operations which support business strategic priorities, as well as improve the user experience for the products within their domain.The Product Expert \xe2\x80\x93 Logistics and Warehouse Management ERP will work collaboratively with stakeholders to agree on priorities within their domain and build plans to deliver against those priorities and monitor the products to ensure value is being realized as expected.Key responsibilitiesThe Product Expert \xe2\x80\x93 Logistics and Warehouse Management ERP will have responsibility for the products within the Supply Chain ERP, which include SAP Logistics Execution, 3PL Integration, Labelling, temperature management solutions, and will be recognized as the go to leader and trusted advisor for the product suite, working collaboratively and adaptively to constantly meet the needs of their customers and deliver value to Haleon.Qualifications and skills

• Solid SAP configuration experience in LE (Logistics Execution), IM (Inventory Management), and WM/EWM (Warehouse Management) specially with use of HUM (Handling Unit Management) and RF (Radio Frequency)
• Proven ability to engage with business process owners to understand the business needs and priorities, lead requirement gathering and analysis, and design solutions leveraging appropriate tools and platforms.
• Experience in implementing large and complex SAP Projects, solution build, configuration, and delivery to meet business requirements.
• Expert hands-on experience in developing SAP solutions using configuration in Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management modules.
• Demonstrated breadth of knowledge and solution delivery experience across the end-to-end Manufacturing and Supply Chain process and its integration points with other processes like SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management/Procurement), QM (Quality Management), Production (PP), acquired through multiple hands-on roles in SAP implementations.
• Experience with integrations with Logistics and 3PL applications and labelling solutions.
• Knowledge and understanding of local legal and fiscal requirements and their implications on ERP.
• Knowledge of external and internal best practices relevant to aligned process areas.
• Demonstrated ability to understand Logistics, inventory, warehouse and manufacturing processes and their role to support business operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Capable of working effectively in large, complex cross functional teams, capable of building relationships across different stakeholders and functional groups
• Good presentation skills.

• Flexibility to work across different time-zones.
• Available to travel.
