Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Product Executive to join our dynamic team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have a background in counseling and will play a pivotal role in supporting our team by sharing leads and data with counselors and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the counseling team to share leads and relevant data.
Maintain and organize lead databases to facilitate effective follow-ups.
Assist in tracking and reporting on team performance metrics.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Support counselors in managing client interactions and inquiries.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
Help identify opportunities for process improvements within the team.
Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to provide informed support. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Psychology, Education).
Previous experience in counseling or a related role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
Excellent command over Excel.
