Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Product Executive to join our dynamic team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have a background in counseling and will play a pivotal role in supporting our team by sharing leads and data with counselors and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• ? Collaborate closely with the counseling team to share leads and relevant data.
• ? Maintain and organize lead databases to facilitate effective follow-ups.
• ? Assist in tracking and reporting on team performance metrics.
• ? Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• ? Support counselors in managing client interactions and inquiries.
• ? Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
• ? Help identify opportunities for process improvements within the team.
• ? Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to provide informed support.

Qualifications:

• ? Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Psychology, Education).
• ? Previous experience in counseling or a related role is preferred.
• ? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ? Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• ? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software. ? Excellent command over Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?350,000.00 per year
