• To Support medical devices design & development project needs.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for working on tasks to increase Operational efficiency of equipment\'s
• To handle design and development projects on Reverse Engineering, Re-Manufacturing
• To handle the assigned tasks independently and come up with improvements
• Working with designers to optimize manufacturing processes and technology while preserving product design functionality.
• Eliminating inefficiencies and incorporating best practices to continually improve overall product performance.
• To handle change management and experienced in ERP systems (ex, SAP..)
• Responsible for preparing timely reports, support documentations & track the results
• Responsible for creating process improvements and providing solutions based on observations.
• To carry out any other reasonable tasks as may be requested from time to time
• Properly document and internally communicate all technical discoveries, inventions,

and intellectual property. Maintain confidential and proprietary information and communications as property of TECandidate Desired Profile:FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

• Good Problem solving, Analytical & communication Skills
• Experience in Verification & Validation of mold tools
• Hands on experience with Factory Layout Simulations
• Good knowledge on industry specific manufacturing processes
• Good knowledge in Design for Manufacturability (DFM-Extrusion, Machining).
• Knowledge on maintenance procedures and their deployment
• Working knowledge of CAD systems will be added advantage (CREO Part modeling)
• Experience working with cross functional teams and able to work on fast paced environment
• Active participation in initiatives for continuous improvement using automation tools
• Hands on experience with extrusions, Tips and Dies
• Working knowledge on fixturing
• Knowledge on Operational efficiency and effectiveness & 8 TPM pillars
• Hands on experience in projects to Improve productivity
• Strong technical aptitude with willingness to learn new technologies
• Self-motivated and committed to achieve timelines per schedule
• Good communication skills, effective coordination with all cross functional teams

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 6+ years of experience with at least a year in production / operations environment
• B.E/Tech Mechanical Engineering
