Sounds like you?oriented:Product Development Manager / Team Lead (f-m-d)A Snapshot of Your DayAs a member of an international development organization, youre building up and leading a Product development team for automation, electrical and digital technologies in a system integration environment for Marine, Offshore and Process Industry. The Technology solutions are part of our integral Electrification, Automation and Digital products, which require Know How and background in the respective domains.This includes development contribution in the SE Industrial Process and Module Control Suite basis and application software framework (EAD business) based on the TIA or PCS7 family, as well as the design of HMI process screens for SCADA system like WinCC or IA Ignition and industry specific software used to build solutions with functionality and connectivity for digital. The development of electrical solutions in the context of AC and DC grids including electrical drives covers all aspects from power electronics, electronic boards, 3rd party product integration with all aspects of integrated solutions in the automation and digitalization environment. Were working within an agile / Scrum process environment to ensure efficiency and flexibility. Effective communication with the international team is a crucial aspect of your role, and your goal is to co-ordinate solutions team and guide development contribution of high-quality solutions that meets the needs of the SE industry.How You`ll Make an Impact

• Manage and lead an integrated SW/HW/Electrical/ Digital development team.
• Support the team with your expertise in development and your additional know how in various industry fields like Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Process Industries and Maritime.
• Coach the development team in agile development methodology.
• Create/support a team spirit with your peers in the global setup.
• Drive efficiency in the development.
• Ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both written and verbally, at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work in a flexible, multi-functional, team-based, development environment that is comprised of both local Siemens Energy Engineers and 3rd party consultants/contractors.

• Masters or bachelors degree in computer science, Automation, Engineering, Computer Technology, or equivalent knowledge
• A strategic leader with a proven track record in management, demonstrating a keen interest in leadership and people development.
• 10+ years of experience in development of applications for an industrial environment
• Experienced in Automation/Electrification/Digital solutions.
• Domain Know How in certain industrial applications (Renewable energy/ Pharma/Data center/Pulp and Paper/Water/Metal/O&G Onshore and Offshore/Maritime).
• Validated communication and presentation skills (English)
• Experienced in working in international development teams.
