Location: Lucknow Uttar Pradesh

Office Timing: 09:30 AM to 07:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Work-from-home on Saturdays)

Experience Required: 1-2 Years

Salary: Up to ?20,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in product design and a strong portfolio demonstrating their design skills. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design user-friendly and visually appealing products.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development: Create engaging and intuitive designs for our products, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.

User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback to inform design decisions.

Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.

Design Iteration: terate on designs based on feedback and testing results to enhance usability and functionality.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to incorporate modern design techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.

Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.

Understanding: Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Communication: Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale clearly.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.
