Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer with a strong background in UI/UX design. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in creating interactive, user-friendly designs and prototypes while understanding and addressing business needs through effective research and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop intuitive user interfaces and experiences that align with business objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to conceptualize and execute design strategies.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis to inform design decisions.
• Implement feedback and iterate on designs to optimize user experience.
• Present and communicate design solutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Ensure a seamless user journey by applying empathy and understanding of user behavior.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a product-based environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Strong background in interactive design and prototyping.
• Demonstrated ability to create user-centric and business-aligned design solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Deep understanding of user experience design principles and ability to apply empathy in the design process.
• Solid market research and analysis capabilities to support strategic design decisions.
• Ability to effectively implement feedback and make iterative improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Govindpuri, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
