At the forefront of our story, we are experiencing incredible growth and are seeking a talented Product Leader to join our dynamic product design team. About Fitpage: At Fitpage, our Design team is dedicated to creating a universal design language that spans multiple platforms, providing a best-in-class user experience for millions of sports enthusiasts. As a Lead - Product Designe, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product\'s visual identity and user interface, guiding a team of talented designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine design processes aligned with our company\'s vision. Your Role: - Lead and mentor a team of UI designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. - Define and maintain a consistent design language and style guide aligned with branding and user experience goals. - Own the end-to-end visual design process for Web (mobile & desktop), Mobile App & TV app. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to translate product requirements into exceptional visual design solutions. - Stay abreast of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to push the boundaries of mobile design. - Conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure work meets quality standards. - Manage and prioritize design projects, allocate resources effectively, and meet project deadlines. - Champion user-centric design principles and advocate for the importance of visual aesthetics in enhancing user satisfaction and engagement. Must-Haves: - Bachelor\'s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field; Master\'s degree a plus. - Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in UI/Visual Design for mobile applications. - Proven experience leading and managing design teams. - Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. - Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of mobile design projects. - Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. - Excellent communication skills. Good to Haves: - Keen interest in sports (watching or playing). - Knowledge of graphic design, illustration, animation, or motion graphics.
