To create an intuitive, world-class user experience for the business community, we're looking for an awesome designer. As a product designer, we would like to learn more about your design process, problem-solving skills, visual understanding, and how you think & approach problems. What do you bring to the table? • Make appropriate design decisions based on data and user behavior by conducting user research.
• Understand the user's personas and needs.
• Based on feedback, adjust the approach to designs.
• Improve the lives of businessmen by creating new directions for Vyapar.
• Providing mentorship and inspiration to a team of designers.
• Resolve blockers, prioritize, and decompose complex projects to improve team performance.

What do we expect from you? • Two years or more of experience
• In-depth knowledge of Figma
• Expert in designing systems
• Understanding of what works and what clutters
• A deep focus on simplifying usability and empathizing with the end-user
