ABOUT THE ROLE



At Circles.Life, our mission is to build highly functional, ever-evolving, and delightful products. Our GMS Product team is dedicated to creating industry-leading, intuitive, and innovative solutions that meet business needs and delight our customers.



We are seeking someone with strong experience in crafting intuitive end-to-end customer journeys, solving complex problems, and continuously seeking improvement. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of business cases, opportunities, and across different device platforms.




WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING


• Integrate Needs: Synthesize requirements from Product, Engineering, and Marketing into comprehensive design deliverables.
• Lead and Own Design Process: Oversee the design journey from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Engage in Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user's need, painpoints and deliver high-quality products.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to facilitate discovery processes and fostering alignment on a shared vision.
• Drive Design Decisions: Make informed design decisions and validate hypotheses through user insights and data analysis.




WHO YOU ARE


• Minimum of 3 years of UI/UX design experience in fast-paced environments.
• BA/BS degree in Product Design, UI/UX, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing projects in consumer products.
• Excellent ability to articulate ideas and advocate for design decisions.
• Strong understanding of usability, user behavior, consumer psychology, and design thinking.
• Ability to conceptualize and iterate creative solutions to meet business needs.
• Experienced with different platforms - desktop and mobile.
• Proactive, hands-on, self-starter, and perseverant in tackling challenges.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other business stakeholders.
• Skilled in conducting user research and usability testing to validate hypotheses.
• Focused on achieving results and adaptable to change.
• Collaborative and passionate about shaping the future of evolving telco products.
• Strong team spirit and a positive attitude.
