Our designers dont just create interfaces; they help build and ship sophisticated digital products that empower millions of our guests and thousands of our associates. In this role, the Product Designer is a collaborative and dynamic member of a multi-disciplinary scrum team working in a fast-paced, agile environment that rewards responsibility, impact and results.:Must haves:

• 8 - 12 years of experience in User Experience (UX) design, User Interface (UI) design and/or Product design. This is not a graphic design / visual design role.
• Working knowledge of e-commerce best practices, interaction design, information architecture, mobile-first design, responsive design.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch or AdobeXD. This role requires intermediate-to-expert Figma skills.
• 4+ years of formal work assignments requiring use of design systems to ensure consistently designed wireframe and mockup deliverables.
• 4+ years of formal work assignments requiring the prototyping and documenting of detailed screen-level user flows and field-level interaction flows.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team.

• Knowledge of accessibility principles and W3C accessibility guidelines.
• Previous experience designing for large touchscreens (e.g., ordering/payment applications, wayfinding kiosks)
• Previous experience designing for large informational displays (e.g., digital signage, menu boards).
• Experience maintaining design systems and updating design system documentation.
• Experience conducting user research and/or usability testing.

• Contribution Level: Ability to perform in situations where you are assigned as the only designer, or situations where you are assigned to a team of designers.
• Collaborative Locations: Ability to work with team members both in the same office (physically) and across offices (virtually).

• Meeting Planning: Can plan user interviews, group workshops or stakeholder meetings on their own or with assistance from other team members.
