About VDB
Virtual Diamond Boutique (VDB) is a global marketplace and SaaS provider empowering and connecting the Jewelry trade. We create and support B2B and B2C custom solutions in order to help our clients grow their jewelry business and reach their customers.

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for the look and feel of our applications, help in defining best practices, and building exceptional experiences for our customers and Marketplace users. You will create user-flows, interaction patterns, and the interface for internal and external facing products. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, quality assurance, marketing, and customer success to assure the solutions align with user needs and business goals.

This is a work-from-office (in Gurgaon) position, but your working hours should ideally overlap with IST working hours.
Product designer profile
We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, collaborative, and self-driven candidate who enjoys challenging tasks, is able to ask the right questions, and advocates for design solutions to various stakeholders (business, clients, users, managers). You have experience working in fast-paced cross-functional teams, can communicate complex ideas simply, and are ready to grow with the team and help the product get better at every level.
Duties & Responsibilities
-- Insightful, independent research and analysis on web/mobile trends and usability

-- User Flows / Storyboarding
-- Wireframing (high and low fidelity)

-- Interactive no-code prototyping for a variety of devices

-- Using a design system to prepare high fidelity visual designs for an intuitive and consistent UI

-- Writing basic documentation (UI kits/design specs).

-- Verbal and written communication with a team and stakeholders
Desired Skills & Qualifications
-- 3+ years of digital product design

-- Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

-- Understanding visual design principles

-- Effective English verbal and written communication and listening skills

-- Ability to understand complex processes and to break them down to the essentials
-- Ability to self-organize, work cross-functionally, and manage multiple projects

A portfolio of wireframes/workflows of user interface/interaction design is required.
