Leegality\xe2\x80\x99s web application & APIs are used by leading enterprises including legacy institutions such as banks as well as growing startups and fintech companies to digitize contracts and the onboarding process for customers, vendors, and other stakeholders. Our work poses a unique and interesting challenge for any designer because our products need to cater to enterprise needs as well as the needs of end-customers who range from blue-collar workers to HNIs. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for finding solutions that delight customers and allow them to intuitively and easily use our products. You will work collaboratively with product managers and developers to provide world-class, delightful digital experiences to our users.
Responsibilities:
By partnering with cross-functional teams and customers, you will turn your insights into delightful products in a creative environment that requires strong design skills and the ability to execute a creative vision.
More responsibilities in detail:
End to end ownership & oversight of UI and UX design process (including user research, wireframing, mock-ups, prototyping, and usability testing)
Work with product managers & developers to ship modern delightful products for customers
Identify and ship UI & UX enhancements to existing products
Ensure delivery of world-class, modern designs for all new products as well as product enhancements
Creating a design culture in the organization by creating and implementing design systems and libraries.
Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.
Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
Cultivate Leegality as a design leader in the market by participating in webinars, publishing blogs, and other community-building exercises.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience working as a designer in SAAS or software product companies
Expertise in using Figma including advanced functions such as auto-layout, plugins & animations
Excellent attention to detail with an eye for preparing pixel-perfect mockups & prototypes
Demonstrable portfolio of live products (links should be shared)
Practical understanding of CSS and front-end libraries like Bootstrap, React, Material UI
Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
Comfortable working in a high paced environment with a high bar for quality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
Good to have (not mandatory):
Prior experience or demonstrable interest in products built by leveraging digital infrastructures such as eSign, eKYC, payments, or SAAS products.
You are a designer who codes and you have a working knowledge of front-end web development.
