What do you need to bring to the 'pitch' : • Experience : 1-3 years as a Product Designer with a portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for mobile and web platforms.
• Design Mastery : Proficiency in information architecture, feature definition, interaction design, user interface creation and prototyping.
• Creative Eye : Strong sense of aesthetics and the ability to create visually compelling designs.
• User Understanding : A deep grasp of user psychology and behavior to design solutions that truly resonate.
• Tech Proficiency : Working knowledge of iOS & Android's Design Systems, Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.
• Market Awareness : A keen understanding of current trends and the ability to incorporate them into design solutions.
• Detail Orientation : Precision and diligence in every design element, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
• Adaptability : An attitude of constant learning, growth, and a willingness to expand your skill set.

Your Mission:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand design requirements.
• Create user-centric designs by developing storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Define features, craft intuitive user interfaces, and optimize processes.
• Incorporate customer feedback, usability insights, and usage metrics to refine and enhance the user experience.
• Design engaging visuals for social media campaigns and promotional content.
• Stay updated on design trends and technologies to keep CricHeroes ahead of the curve.
