About Us

S.K. Education Pvt. Ltd., the parent company of Bachpan Play School, is a pioneer in early childhood education. We are expanding our creative team and looking for a highly skilled Product Designer with expertise in toy and game design, retail product development, and interaction design. Candidates from NDA (National Institute of Design) or NID (National Institute of Design) backgrounds will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

? Conceptualize, design, and develop innovative toys and games aligned with child development needs.

? Create interactive and engaging product designs focused on usability and play value

? Collaborate with manufacturing teams, engineers, and marketing to bring designs to life

? Work on material selection, prototyping, and production feasibility

? Stay updated with industry trends, safety regulations, and emerging technologies in toy design

? Develop packaging concepts to enhance product appeal and retail presence

? Conduct user research and testing to refine and enhance product functionality

Requirements

? Bachelor's/Master's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or Interaction Design from NID, NDA, or a reputed institution

? 3+ years of experience in DIY toy and game design, retail product development, or interaction design

? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks, Rhino, AutoCAD, or similar 3D modeling tools

? Strong understanding of child psychology, ergonomics, and user experience (UX) design

? Experience in prototyping, material selection, and manufacturing processes

? Excellent visualization and storytelling skills to present concepts effectively
