About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and talented Product Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our tile product line. You'll be responsible for designing innovative, functional, and beautiful tiles that meet the needs of our customers and elevate the aesthetic of any space.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings in the tile industry.
• Research and identify new materials, finishes, patterns, and textures for tile design.
• Develop creative concepts for new tile collections, considering aesthetics, functionality, target market, and manufacturability.
• Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Suite, CAD) to create high-quality sketches, prototypes, and technical drawings of tile designs.
• Work with engineers and production teams to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing while maintaining the desired aesthetics.
• Create product presentations and specifications for new tile collections.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and innovations in the tile industry, particularly regarding materials, sustainability, and technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of design principles and a passion for creating beautiful and functional products. (can be from any designing profile like Interior, textile, fashion industry)
• Experience designing for the tile industry or a related field (e.g., flooring, surfaces) is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Suite, CAD) and strong visual communication skills.
• Ability to translate design concepts into technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of color theory, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to design challenges.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
