This is a remote position.
As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing the application and website of HeyoPhone and offer help in the design of the MyOperator website and its application products. You will bring along the skills and knowledge necessary to build a seamless user experience for these domains as well as drive the total brand experience forward. You will have a strong understanding of UI and UX design principles, and graphic/ visual design as well as the ability to solve complex design problems and realize a product along with the team.
While working in the design team here, you will be working with some of the most talented, passionate, creative, and process-driven individuals around - so you can expect to learn as much from them as you do from us!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business objectives into user-centered product designs.
- Develop creative and innovative design solutions that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally sound.
- Craft user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices in UX design.
- Create and maintain design documentation for future reference.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Designer or a related field.
- Proven track record of designing and launching successful digital products.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and past work.
