Job Title: Product Demonstration Executive
Location: Sector-63,Noida
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Role & Responsibilities :
Product Knowledge:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and their unique selling points.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
Sales Planning:
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts, industries, and potential clients.
Product Demonstration:
  • Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations both in the field and online.
  • Showcase the value and benefits of our IT products to potential customers.
  • Clearly communicate product features, advantages, and benefits to potential customers.
Lead Generation:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking,
    and online platforms.
Customization:
  • Customize product demonstrations based on the requirements and preferences of individual
    clients.
  • Highlight how our products meet the specific needs of each customer.
Sales Closure:
  • Work towards closing sales deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional
    strategies.
  • Coordinate with the technical support team to address customer queries and ensure a smooth
    post-sales experience.
Feedback:
  • Gather feedback from customers during and after demonstrations.
  • Communicate feedback to the product development team to contribute to product
    improvement.
Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity, pipeline, and forecast reports.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and competitor activities
Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of product demonstration schedules, outcomes, and customer
    feedback.
  • Provide regular reports to the management team on demonstration activities.
Continuous Learning:
  • Stay informed about product updates and enhancements.
  • Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and demonstration skills.
Preferred candidate profile :
  • 3-5 years experience and a strong knowledge of IT Sales and Information Technology
  • Proven experience in product demonstration, sales or related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp tech. concepts & communicate them effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse audience.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
