Job Title: Product Counselor

Job Overview:
As a Product Counselor, your primary responsibility will be to guide customers through the features, benefits, and usage of our products. You will serve as a knowledgeable resource, providing information and assistance to potential and existing customers to help them make informed decisions about our products. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication of product information and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct tele-sales by reaching out to potential customers to introduce products and provide guidance.
• Provide guidance on product features and benefits to customers through calls and live demos.
• Assist in product selection and usage recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and handle customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for effective communication.
• Gather and relay customer feedback for product improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or tele-sales roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in computer applications.

Working Conditions:

• Occasional travel may be required.
• Flexible in Calling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?8,773.19 - ?23,000.00 per month
