Active engagement with sales team to resolve day to day hurdles related to product and processes
Co-ordinating with various function like IT, Sales, Credit and Operations team to resolve query on time and provide adhoc support where so ever required.
Identify the product gap, conduct research on the product development, test the viability of the product and process, communicate the new launch of product and processes.
Ensure adequate training interventions on systems and processes while monitoring progress and publishing figures
Drive employee contests and incentives so as to increase motivation and productivity levels of employees.
Drive the sale of supplementary products such as insurance, etc so as to as to secure the portfolio and increase the fee income; including designing and conducting sales contests and running marketing campaigns
Identify training needs of the team and ensure that all the employees across the regions are trained on products and processes.
Identifying and providing inputs for building technology roadmap for microfinance business
Provide adhoc marketing support in raising requests from teams and providing collaterals.
At least 3 years in managing product and systems. Same domain experience will be plus point.
Experience of working on Br Net system would be preferred.
