As a Product Compliance Officer, you will be responsible to ensure product compliances and certifications to be on done within timelines and as per government pre-defined norms

A Typical Day

• Ensuring proactive submission of applications and managing end-to-end certification process for all product lines
• Timely fulfillment of product regulatory compliance as per government norms like BIS, BEE, LMPCR etc
• Managing Internal & External Audits
• Inspection audits & visit by government officials and regulatory.
• Work with Partners and Quality departments at Electrolux factories on the quality issues of the products
• Stay abreast with changes to regulatory and agency requirements, and recommend actions required to maintain compliance of active products
• Ensure that safety and compliance requirements are met in aspects of a product such as labeling, packaging artwork, and instruction booklets
• Assist in cost savings and continuous improvement projects to ensure that product safety and compliance is maintained
• Maintain records to support safety and compliance
• Support the investigation and problem solving for safety or compliance issues
• Contribute to policies and processes to assure safety and compliance

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical or E&C. Masters in Business Administration would be added advantage.
• 5-10 years experience in compliances and certifications preferably in Consumer durables.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions
