About the role:

A Product Architect is a key role within technology companies, responsible for designing and overseeing the development of products, ensuring they align with business goals, user needs, and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Architecture Design: Lead the design and development of product architectures that align with business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

System Design: Architect scalable and maintainable systems, considering factors such as performance, reliability, security, and extensibility.

Prototyping and Proof of Concepts: Create prototypes and proof of concepts to validate design concepts and technical approaches.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment between technical and business objectives.

Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.

Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize system performance.

Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, design documents, and API specifications.

Mentorship: Mentor and coach engineering teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Desired Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience of 8 years in software development with expertise in system design and architecture.

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Deep understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and architectural styles.

Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role is preferred.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?4,000,000.00 - ?8,000,000.00 per year
