In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales technical and application assistance to our valued customers.Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and application support to customers, including education, training, and on-site visits
• Conduct customer presentations, technical seminars, and trainings on various chromatographic products and applications
• Assist in developing educational content for company websites, videos, seminars, and applications reports
• Handle complaints and troubleshoot any product-related issues at demo labs or customer sites
• Generate technically reviewed application notes and contribute to data/reports upload to global tech tools

Requirements:

• Post Graduate / PhD in Chemistry (Analytical / Organic), Biochemistry, or Pharmacy
• Minimum 7 years of experience in HPLC / UHPLC operations
• Minimum 3 years of experience in LC MS/MS
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharma / Biopharma
• Strong knowledge and experience with chromatography products, specifically HPLC, UHPLC, and LC MS
