Feature Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, to capture and define features, user
stories, and assist in defining product roadmaps.
Customer Feedback: Validate hypotheses through customer feedback to ensure product alignment with user needs.
Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze product metrics, such as user engagement and satisfaction, to provide
actionable insights aimed at enhancing product performance.
Support Product Development: Ensure close collaboration with design and engineering teams to meet customer and
business requirements.
Documentation: Develop necessary supporting documentation such as how-to guides, user manuals, and feature
descriptions.
Agile Participation: Engage in all facets of the Agile process, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and
retrospectives.

Insight Generation: Regularly conduct product and customer insights assessments to support effective decision-making by
Product Managers and Owners.
Decision Support: Prepare and present insights and opportunities to enable informed decision-making and strategic
planning.
Experiment Design: Design and implement experiments to test and explore new opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, product management, or a similar role in a tech-driven environment.
Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. Familiarity with Agile
methodologies is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across multiple
teams.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for identifying trends and extracting meaningful insights
