In this role, you'll play a crucial part in providing our Tech & Durables customers with instant access to industry-leading consumer and market intelligence, empowering them to make better decisions and drive profitable actions.xe2x80x8bIn this role, you will contribute to a global product roadmap for gfknewron and will prioritize, define, and then build capabilities to meet customers needs. You'll collaborate with a team of product, technology (developers, QA and architecture), operations, and commercial leaders to define product features and generate / maintain detailed requirements to ensure the product meets evolving business needs and enable our users to work effectively and drive our business forward. xe2x80x8bIn your role, you would:xe2x80x8bxe2x80x8bxe2x80x8b

  • Support the delivery of your product to meet the goals, stakeholder requirements and uses cases definedxe2x80x8b
  • Work with your scrum team(s) under the scaled agile methodology to plan, execute and deploy features and functionsxe2x80x8b
  • Work closely with your scrum team(s) to troubleshoot feature bugs and test to ensure appropriate fixes are implementedxe2x80x8b
  • Be responsible for user acceptance testing as a proxy for users, as they match your user journey xe2x80x8b
  • Work with your product owner(s) to prioritize backlog items into sprintsxe2x80x8b
  • Participate in roadmap planning and feature prioritizationxe2x80x8b
  • Collaborate with Product Owner and scrum team(s) to plan, execute and deploy features and functions (using SAFe)xe2x80x8b
  • Break down epics into user stories and requirements based on user needs/challenges and evolving business needsxe2x80x8b
  • Ensure end-to-end product definition and delivery of solutions xe2x80x8bxe2x80x8b
  • Form hypotheses and potential solutions quickly that can be vetted out in prototypes or wireframesxe2x80x8bxe2x80x8b
  • Build supporting materials as necessary, such as training of FAQ documentsxe2x80x8b
  • Work with internal users and usage data to validate the effectiveness and success of your changesxe2x80x8b
  • Collaborate with user experience team, providing feedback on the designsxe2x80x8b
QualificationsWe are looking for people with:xe2x80x8bxe2x80x8b
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experiencexe2x80x8bxe2x80x8b
  • 2-4+ years of experience in a Product role, with previous experience in a Technology, Operations, or Data Science rolexe2x80x8bxe2x80x8b
  • Solid ability to present information in the simplest and most compelling wayxe2x80x8bxe2x80x8b
  • Solid communication skills, including the ability to influence key stakeholdersxe2x80x8b
  • Experience in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.) is preferredxe2x80x8b
  • Experience in an Agile Product Owner role (breaking down requirements into user stories, sprint planning etc.) is preferredxe2x80x8b
  • Experience using JIRA for requirements and development work tracking is preferredxe2x80x8b
  • Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plusxe2x80x8b
  • Good understanding of technical concepts, services and implementationsxe2x80x8bxe2x80x8b
  • Excited to ideate on new challenges while simultaneously diving into the detailsxe2x80x8bxe2x80x8b
