Responsibilities for the role include some of the following: Optimizing the delivery of business value through business partnering process improvement, user research, and data-cantered design of Data product initiatives from conception to launch Performing user research through qualitative enquiry, quantitative data analysis, and user testing within the R&D customer base of this product area Obtaining a solid understanding of the business domain and processes within a product area, capturing user goals, needs, and expectations, and translating these into personas, journeys, and user stories that help drive improvements. Working closely with other Product Designers and the Product Owner, and other members of the product team, with a clear focus on delivering value quickly while helping to steer the product area towards business-, user- and data-centered improvements Supports Product Owners and product teams to deliver value continuously, fostering and maintaining close links with customers, related Solution Groups, and supporting orgs (e.g., Established Products, Core Tech, Emerging Tech. Keeping up with internal and external trends in your product area Demonstrating knowledge of Data Management principles and applying this knowledge to improving data trust within R&D Advocating a user-centered focus within Agile ways of working Why you Basic Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree - Computer Science or related 4+ years of experience working in an IT product-related industry in the areas of IT software analysis, design, or delivery, including data analysis Expertise with SQL, data pipeline development, and data cleansing with large-scale, complex data sets Knowledge of and ability to develop data analysis using PYTHON/R/SAS etc. Experience in or a strong awareness of Agile DevOps Strong creativity, problem-solving, collaboration, communication, attention to detail, and presentation skills Demonstrated experience with data blueprinting and creation of process flow diagrams and conceptual/logical data models Understanding of IT architecture trends and high-level concepts Understanding of / experience in process design and systems design Excellent relationship management with strong influencing and communication skills Experience in Present visualization and revealing Data Trends using Tableau or similar tools Experience in Data Source Identification and Data Exploration Data collection, preparation, and Profiling of large data sets Data Metrics and Results Define and validate Logic/traditional QA tests Create Data Test scenarios/library Experience with ITIL Trained on Regulatory (GxP) standards Trained in Privileged Access Management Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Master\'s Degree At GSK we value diversity (Gender, LGBTQ +, PwD etc.) and treat all candidates equally.
