Product AdvisorResponsibilities :- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold calling lists.- Introduce products or services to customers and explain their features and benefits.- Identify customer needs and offer solutions that best fit their requirements.- Handle objections and rejections positively, striving to turn them into opportunities.- Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive landscape.- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.Requirements :- Proven experience in tele sales or telemarketing, preferably in a similar industry.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong persuasive abilities and negotiation skills.- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
