We are currently seeking a Prod Mgmt Engineering Sr. Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\xc4\x81taka (IN-KA), India (IN).

POSITION OVERVIEW // Role Overview:
MQ Specialist who can help the customer install and configure the IBM Websphere MQ on RHEL.
Solutions Websphere MQ on distributed systems. 10 Years\' + Relevant Experience mentioned below is Mandatory
Knowledge of IBM Websphere MQ on z/OS and distributed systems.
Proposes and implements IBM Websphere MQ solutions on the distributed systems such as RHEL.
To help the developer community on trouble shooting the various MQ related issues
To performace tune the IBM Webshphere MQ.
Understand and configure the MQ with various broker systems such as IIB.

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :
Expert experience and ability to understand of legacy and current technologies
Expert ability to identify code patterns and understand coding strategies Ability to propose, design and implement solutions
Ability to coach and mentor the team for MQ related activities and test strategies.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects or offer programming solutions at an advanced level.
Advanced understanding of how technology decisions relate to business needs.
Ability to architect and design modernized systems with new technologies

Requirement:
Proven experience with the following practices:
Works well with clients, their stakeholders and end users Experience in requirements solicitation
Able to differentiate between needs & wants
Experience in translating business requirements into technical requirements
Ability to work well within the team
Familiar with programming languages, and able to read some legacy code at a high-level to understand code rules
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent
Technical experience

Preference:
Familiarity with the following experience in large software projects
Experience on C / COBOL / FORTRAN / PL/1 or Mainframe Assembler
