We are currently seeking a Prod Mgmt Engineering Senior Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN). Location: Any where in India region and Permanant Remote The candidate should have strong experience with Solaris, AIX and Linux. Ability to upgrade OS, disk configurations (like Veritas) and network management, and third party packages installation and configuration specific for these platforms. Further knowledge of the most commonly used Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google), allocations of Cloud specific resources and services, deployment of VM, applications images (like dockers) a must. Ability to investigate performance issues from an hardware (CPU, disk, memory, etc) and OS resource allocations perspective (working in conjunction with our development and support teams) when issues are reported by our customers on live instances that affect the performance of our software. Additional Skills to include - VMware Knowledge of EqualLogic iSCSI arrays Knowledge of Legato Networker and Veeam Backup Management of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, and Crowd) Knowledge of Tomcat and MariaDB Ability to troubleshoot and figure out database technologies - DB2, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MariaDB
