Job Overview We are seeking a Production Executive for our API Pharmaceuticals Company. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in API manufacturing and bulk drug production. As a Production Executive, you will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring adherence to ISO standards, optimizing production yield, and overseeing manpower and resources. Qualifications And Skills 1-3 years of experience in API manufacturing Strong knowledge of API bulk drug production processes Ability to manage manpower effectively Familiarity with ISO standards and procedures Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Proven record of achieving production targets Roles And Responsibilities Manage and oversee the production process in line with company standards and procedures Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements Optimize production yield and minimize waste Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations Supervise and manage manpower, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation Maintain and update production records and reports Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions Monitor production equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams to maintain product quality Troubleshoot production issues and resolve them in a timely manner
