In this role, you will play a vital role in securing the best possible deals for our raw materials, components, and other goods and services needed for our electronic equipment production. You will be responsible for the entire procurement lifecycle, from identifying and evaluating suppliers to negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships. Responsibilities: Identify and research potential suppliers for raw materials, components, and other goods and services. Obtain quotes, compare pricing, and negotiate contracts to achieve the best possible terms for the company. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, price, delivery times, and service. Manage supplier relationships, building rapport and ensuring timely communication. Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance records. Stay up-to-date on market trends, pricing fluctuations, and sourcing opportunities for cost optimization. Work closely with internal departments, such as engineering, production, and finance, to ensure smooth procurement processes. Participate in inventory management to optimize stock levels and minimize costs. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a procurement role, preferably within the electronics manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of procurement principles, negotiation techniques, and contract management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
