Responsibilities:

• Handle both direct and indirect spend purchases.
• Expertise in category management and source-to-pay processes, collaborating closely with legal for contract finalization.
• Stay updated on market dynamics and sourcing trends to discover possibilities for innovation and enhancement in procurement.
• Qualify suppliers and maintain strong supplier relationships, working as a team to identify and mitigate business risks.
• Work with Manager to Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve targeted cost reductions and streamline processes.
• Cross-functional initiatives, fostering partnerships and achieving savings targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to gather quotes, negotiate contracts, register vendors, make orders, and guarantee the timely arrival of materials.
• Use ERP tools, with preference for Oracle experience.
• Demonstrate excellent negotiating and partnership skills to meet targets and deadlines.
• Interact with vendors to obtain techno-commercial offers and manage the technical and commercial evaluation of bids.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate price, delivery terms, and conditions, and obtain necessary approvals.
• Prepare comparison sheets for finalized suppliers and create purchase orders/contracts.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Coordinate with planning, logistics, and warehouse teams for efficient receipt of materials.
• Maintain compliance with audit requirements and records.
• Develop alternate sourcing strategies and provide end-to-end procurement support.
• This is an individual contributor role.
