:

1) Procurement Management and preparation of comparative (technical & commercial) sheets for evaluation.

2) Coordination with vendors for procurement and deliveries of receivable items

3) Expediting with vendors for timely or urgent deliveries

4) Arranging inspection at vendors works for correctness of the items to be delivered.

5) Coordination between different departments for technical and commercial specifications

6) Progress reporting of order to projects department

7) Budget management for specific items procurement

8) New Vendor development and retaining the old vendors and keep the association with vendors

9) Preparation of Commercial & Technical evaluation table for project requirements based on the offers received from the vendors and negotiations with vendors

10) Any other activity required to ensure job completion in time and as per client requirements

11) Approaching clients for new enquiries

12) Estimation work for new enquiries

13) Coordination with clients for technical clarifications

14) Maintaining the enquiry register and updating the same on regular basis

CTC: Rs 2.40 Lpa To Rs 4.00 Lpa
