Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity Position :Procurement Project Spec II Location :Gurgaon Experience :5+ years Role & Responsibilities:- 1)Work directly with tactical and strategic sourcing teams to understand key pain areas in procure to pay (P2P) cycle. 2)Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes to ensure suppliers are getting paid on time by reducing invoice on hold (IOH) for procurement organization 3)Single point of contact for 2 SBUs within PMT procurement organization to drive working capital benefits by paying suppliers on time 4)Expected to perform root cause analysis (RCA), brainstorm and explore creative solutions with focus on implementation by aligning with cross functional teams 5)Work directly with project management, accounts payables, sourcing and tactical buying teams to understand bottlenecks and drive improvements in fast paced environment 6)Expected to drive operational excellence by using technology, system or process automation with focus on reducing invoice hold with suppliers and improve supplier communication 7)Publish reports and metrics on weekly basis and align with PMT and corporate procurement on project status and actions planned to hit annual target (AOP) 8)Train buyers, project managers and requestors on SAP with focus on best practices on invoicing, reasons of invoice hold, corrective actions etc. 9)Experience in data analysis, use of EDW (enterprise data warehouse) for analytics would be an added advantage Education/Academics Bachelors degree in engineering, business or related field 5+ years of proven experience in sourcing/operations/supply chain or related domain We value Strong analytical and innovative mindset to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
