Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer with a strong background in air conditioning or HVAC procurement. The ideal candidate will manage supplier relationships, handle purchasing processes, and ensure timely delivery of HVAC materials and equipment to meet our company's operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Operations: Source and purchase air conditioning units, components, spare parts, and related materials.
• Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers in the HVAC industry, negotiating pricing and terms.
• Inventory Coordination: Work with inventory and warehouse teams to forecast demand and manage stock levels.
• Cost Efficiency: Implement cost-saving initiatives while ensuring high-quality standards.
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts to meet legal and regulatory standards.
• Quality Control: Ensure all products meet industry standards and company specifications.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of procurement experience in the HVAC or air conditioning industry preferred.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC products and market trends is highly desirable.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
