Position : Buyer - Civil / MEP / Office / Site Materials

Location : Kompally [Hyderabad]

Responsibilities :

• Assurance :
• Ensure all purchased materials meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the quality control team to conduct inspections and tests.
• Address and resolve any quality-related issues with suppliers.
• Cost Control and Budgeting :
• Manage procurement budgets and track expenses.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement cost-reduction strategies.
• Provide regular reports on procurement activities, costs, and savings.
• Compliance and Documentation :
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.
• Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to management.

Requirements :

• Diploma / Degree Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of [5] years of experience in procurement, preferably in the Real Estate / construction or civil engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of MEP / civil materials and suppliers.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in sustainable and green building practices.
• Familiarity with real estate market trends and economic factors affecting property development.
• Experience with large-scale residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
• Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
