Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for raw materials, ingredients, and packaging materials necessary for skincare, food, and health supplement production. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure a consistent and high-quality supply chain. 2. Cost Management: Analyze market trends, negotiate pricing, and manage contracts to optimize costs while maintaining product quality and integrity. Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality standards. 3. Supplier Management: Collaborate closely with suppliers to monitor performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. 4. Inventory Management: Work closely with production, planning, and logistics teams to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Implement inventory control measures to optimize working capital and minimize carrying costs. 5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all procured materials meet our stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with quality assurance and regulatory affairs teams to conduct supplier qualification audits and address any quality-related issues. Job Type: Full-time Pay: 250,000.00 - 350,000.00 per year Schedule:
