\xc2\xb7 Handle end to end procurement of the assigned material and ensure timely delivery of materials at sites and timely payment to suppliers. \xc2\xb7 Effective coordination with all sites. Regular site visits. \xc2\xb7 Continuous monitoring, review & taking timely corrective action to achieve the targets \xc2\xb7 Ensure that purchasing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets \xc2\xb7 He should have Good negotiation skills / presentation skill for effective coordination with all sites. Control Inventory by optimizing lot size and reducing delivery lead time. \xc2\xb7 Handle independently all purchase related functions, interacting with all major suppliers and manufacturers. \xc2\xb7 Identification and realization of cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities \xc2\xb7 Create and manage short, middle, and long-term goals and objectives \xc2\xb7 Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities \xc2\xb7 Initiate and develop creative and innovative procurement processes \xc2\xb7 Working with reputed builders/developers would be preferable. \xc2\xb7 Overall experience can be around 10 + years.
