Vinsol | STADIUM is looking for an Procurement Manager(FMCG) to perform various procurement related daily activities for STADIUM.

Location: In-office

Stadium is a global corporate gifting service featuring all of our brands in one place. Our unique edge is our signature build-your-own/customizable concept. We started with SnackMagic and developed new brands to expand our unique gifting options including swag, virtual experiences, and more! Through Stadium, corporate organizers are able to use our easy-to-use platform to provide mood-boosting gifts to delight groups of 5-20,000.

As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for a team member who can help us develop and secure new partnerships with FMCG vendors, wholesalers, distributors, affiliate programs, and innovative reward program partners.

What you\'ll do with us:

• Drive the entire acquisition process for new brands from sourcing to negotiating prices and terms of the contract to closure, keeping the STADIUM philosophy & values in mind
• Strive for continuous category innovation & brand portfolio to be the leading platform for the discovery of awesome gifting experiences in India.
• Build long-term winning partnerships with new and existing brand/brand owners
• Define product specifications based on commercial requirements including quality and packaging.
• Negotiate and develop contracts with new suppliers on volume, price, quality of products procured, and logistics/transport agreements.
• Engage in regular negotiations with suppliers to ensure continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with existing partners/suppliers/vendors and QA teams (internal and 3rd party) to ensure supplier maintains quality and service level agreements.

• High energy, open attitude, and the drive to make it happen!
• Proven track record in managing suppliers/vendors and negotiating contracts. Experience in FMCG would be advantageous.
• Awareness about recent brand launches as well as a sense of what is trending, consumer habits, lifestyle changes, etc.
• Network to tap awesome, unique regional & artisanal brands from corners of the country.
• The ability to run design-to-value optimization is an advantage.
• Excellent local negotiation and communication skills
• Adept at relationship building and networking, especially with suppliers and other departments.
• Willingness to travel and work in different markets.
