Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute procurement strategies for non-store and non-spare items across multiple dealership locations.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for office equipment, IT systems, facility maintenance, marketing collaterals, uniforms, furniture, and other required materials.
Ensure timely procurement while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize budgets and forecast procurement needs.
Manage contracts, agreements, and service-level expectations with vendors.
Implement best practices in supply chain management, cost control, and vendor evaluation.
Monitor and analyze procurement trends to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.xe2x80xa2 Lead and mentor the procurement team, if applicable.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 8+ years in procurement, preferably in a multi-location business setup.
Industry Preference: Experience in automobile, retail, hospitality, or corporate procurement is a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent understanding of procurement processes and cost-saving strategies.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple locations.
Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
