Role & responsibilities :
Floating RFQ.
Cost estimation
Convert PR to PO , Scheduling
Cost Estimations & Negotiation with supplier.
Follow up to supplier for right quality & on Time Delivery.
Forecasting & clearance of supplier documents
Delivery execution - Supplier visits , meetings , regular review
Preparing of MIS.
Working toward the departmental KPI/ KRA achievement
Skills*:
- B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical
- Good Academics & Industrial Background from reputed company,
- Excellent excel skills,
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills,
- Material Planning experience,
- Knowledge & experience in indirect procurement,
- Sound knowledge of payment terms, inco-terms etc.,
- Sound analytical skills,
- Ability to handle and manage internal team and all the above mentioned stakeholders
- Knowledge of SAP is added advantage
Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 5 Years. From Industry Background - Manufacturing , Automotive , Motor or Pump Industry
