Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for operational expenses (Opex) such as office supplies, IT services, facility maintenance, utilities, and AMC contracts.
Ensure timely procurement of required goods and services while maintaining budget control. o Build and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any supply-related issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and optimize expenses.
Maintain procurement records, contracts, and reports for audit and compliance purposes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in Opex categories like facility management, IT infrastructure, and admin services.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
