Job Title : Procurement Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the procurement process, sourcing suppliers, handling purchase orders, and ensuring the timely delivery of quality goods and services. This role is suitable for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation : Assist in identifying, sourcing, and evaluating new and existing suppliers to ensure the best prices, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Purchase Orders : Create, process, and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Vendor Communication : Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring effective communication regarding order statuses, delivery times, and any discrepancies.
• Inventory Management Support : Work closely with the inventory team to monitor stock levels, anticipate needs, and place orders as required to avoid shortages.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including supplier contracts, purchase orders, and payment terms.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.
• Cost Optimization : Assist in identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Market Research : Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, pricing, and potential suppliers.
• Support Procurement Team : Provide administrative and logistical support to the procurement team as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience : Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with procurement or ERP software.
• Should understand Tally and other software to create PO and GRN

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
