Responsibilities: • Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors specializing in home and kitchen products, prioritizing local suppliers.
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with vendors to maximize cost savings.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistent supply and quality.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and new product opportunities.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality team to establish and maintain product quality standards.

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the home goods or e-commerce industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
