Key Responsibilities
\xe2\x97\x8f Researches and compares suppliers, goods, and services.
\xe2\x97\x8f Select the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency.
\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor and determine inventory levels and purchase needs.
\xe2\x97\x8f Request cost proposals and negotiate contracts and prices.
\xe2\x97\x8f Resolving supply, quality, service, and invoice issues with vendors.
\xe2\x97\x8f Researches and compares suppliers, goods, and services.
\xe2\x97\x8f Undertake any other necessary duties as assigned.
\xe2\x97\x8f Preparing and processing purchase orders.
\xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining records of all transactions, purchase orders, receipts, and payments.
\xe2\x97\x8f Schedule and verify purchase deliveries.
\xe2\x97\x8f Build and maintain positive long-term supplier relationships.
\xe2\x97\x8f Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing terms.
\xe2\x97\x8f Manages the daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing, and following up on purchase orders delivery, and shipment schedules.
\xe2\x97\x8f Evaluate supplier\xe2\x80\x99s performance based on the organization\xe2\x80\x99s criteria. Requirements:
\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Environmental Engineering (Preferred) Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation or a related field
\xe2\x97\x8f 2-4 Years of experience in the Manufacturing sector. (Electronics/Electrical)
\xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in using inventory management softwares.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong communication negotiation skills.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work independently and in a team environment
\xe2\x97\x8f Working experience in procuring environmental monitoring equipment/devices is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 925,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift

• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Electronics or Electrical or Instrumentation: 2 years (Preferred)
