Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive Female Only to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods and services while maintaining quality standards and supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:-

Develop and execute procurement strategies in alignment with company objectives. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery timelines. Process purchase orders and manage procurement documentation. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams for procurement planning. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to enhance business efficiency. Track and report key procurement metrics for cost optimization and supplier performance. Collaborate with finance and operations teams to manage budgets and procurement schedules. Resolve any supply chain issues and ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:-

1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Knowledge of procurement best practices and market trends. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
